Victoria started her catering career at 15 baking cakes for private clients and then proceeded to bake in a larger scale for Wykham Park Farm Shop, at the same time she went to The North Oxfordshire Catering College for three years training in for both kitchen and front of house duties, she won the S H Jones (wine merchants)student of the year.After leaving college she joined Middle Aston House and trained as front of house after 3 years she joined Rye Hill Golf Course working closly with Greg Heath learning the ropes both with front of house & kitchen. With numerous enquiries to cater for friends dinner parties weddings receptions and numerous other functions, she decided to go it alone and start the business of Miss T Catering. She has a kitchen at Grange Farm, Swalcliffe and has become very busy always welcoming new clients. Clients are encourage to visit her at her kitchen or Victoria will travel to meet clients in thier own home to chat about their function.
