Over next set of traffic lights (not pedestrian lights)past Whatley Hall Hotel & Cinema on right then go right at Banbury Cross (monument in middle of road!)the B4035 stay on this road through the villages of Broughton, Tadmarton and then through Swalcliffe, after swalcliffe take the next left towards Sibford Ferris, and the the next left gated road to Grange Farm.
From Stratford upon Avon. Shipston on Stour B4035 toward Babury, through Brailes, after 2 right turns to Sibford take the next right turn Sibford Ferris, Wigginton then over the next crossroads- gated road to Grange Farm
